I’m a filmmaker, writer, and performer.

I have over 15 years of experience producing feature films, series, podcasts, and short-form content. Several of the films I produced featured Academy-Award winning and Emmy-Award winning talent. Most of them had fantastic festival premieres and were released on platforms like Netflix, Amazon, and Showtime.

I love bringing people together in person—building community is a passion of mine. That’s why I’ve produced and creative directed over 100 live events and productions. It’s also the reason why I co-founded Big Vision Empty Wallet, a production company and media incubator, that had a wonderful run (2010-2022). As a company, we supported dozens of culturally relevant feature films, and our in-person events and programs were as fun as humanly possible.

Creatively, I’m known for doing deep-dives into topics that most people struggle to even talk about. Presently, I’m directing and producing a documentary about the buried history of Nazis in America. I immersed myself into that world, became an expert on a very specific part of 1930s history, and completed an investigation. The film is supported by leading organizations that care about fighting extremism, which I think is the most important issue we’re dealing with today.

As a writer, I have one of the top 50 humor publications on substack, called Adult Sex Ed, with readers in all 50 states and in 130 countries. I’ve also performed Adult Sex Ed as a live comedy show, with guests like Atsuko Okatsuka, Gianmarco Soresi, Josh Gondelman, and many more. My background is originally in theatre and comedy, and my work has been featured by Refinery 29, Nylon, Esquire, and Entertainment Weekly.

As a speaker, I’ve performed comedic keynotes about sex education at conferences and festivals (even in Texas). I’ve also spoken about film and entrepreneurship at Sundance, SXSW, and at festivals and conferences around the United States.
